Like all other Monarda varieties in the Sugar Buzz Series, 'Grape Gumball' is a vigorous, compact, sturdy, and low-maintenance Monarda selection with magnificent flower form and color. In summer, its rounded, shaggy clusters of brilliant magenta-purple flowers clusters atop sturdy stems form a solid dome of eye-catching color on the 2-foot high and wide mound of attractive, dark green, mildew-resistant foliage. The hummingbirds, butterflies, and beneficial pollinators will flock to the nectar-rich flowers. An easy-to-grow North American native, Grape Gumball is an excellent choice for specimens or groupings in garden beds or containers.
